The Bombardiar Beetle does it, the fire comes out of it's butt ! Dragons did exist, archaeologists have discovered their bones over the years. St. Leonard's Forest Dragon in England really existed. Do dragons exist today, in some distant land we don't know about?

There is a movie that I had rented that was on dragon's and it explained it. Check out the trailer on that link, its a good movie. And it also has the answer to your question.

Dragons: A Fantasy Made Real

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0433367/

It all starts when the dragon catch their prey. When dragons eat, they digest the food in a regular stomach. The digestion then continues in a second stomach that breaks down the food even further. After the dragon's body has used all it can from the second digestion, the body then turns the leftover food and acid into a byproduct of hydrogen. The dragon can hold the hydrogen in various large glands in it's body for later use, and can call upon it at any time it needs to. When the dragon needs to belch it's flame, the glands release the hydrogen into the lungs where it mixes with other various chemicals the body creates. Once this mixture finds oxygen, it burns extremely hot, and very quick.

There link below is a page all about the dragons body!

Yes they did exist. I saw that on animal planet. They were even around when the dinosaurs were around and humans stole their fire and killed them all. They survived the extension by adapting to life in the water. As to your question on how they were able to breathe fire they had hydrogen bladders that were full of gases that could lift them up into the air and make them fly and they had a second pallet which protected their mouths from being scorched. I belive if I am remembering correctly that dragons ate phospate rocks which produced the fire.

Yes, the Komodo dragon lives in Indonesia.

Um... archaeologists are only able to speculate what the rest of the dragons look like just by looking at the bones, so I wouldn't want to buy into some theories 100%.

There was a thing on discovery channel where they theorized that a dragon could take the methane and other gases produced by digestion and expel them back out their mouthes kinda like belching. I don't know if it necessarily would have appeared as fire but it probably would have been a toxic, searing, hot breath.

Dragons live in another dimension. They can change their shapes and sizes; they can be huge or small, can change their appearances. There was a time when humans and dragons live together. But because of greed and ego, humans and dragons went into war. It was then that we started living separately from each other.

They are able to do that after consuming 3 entire bags of Extreme BBQ Doritos, followed by 26 ounces of Sambuca Ramazotti. They then induce burping. Voila !

Before attempting this, cover up the smoke detector.
Make sure you have Rolaids, Tums, and Pepto Bismol at the ready.
Don't call 9-1-1, they'll just hang up on you.
Good Luck !!!

P.S. In very rare instances, this may backfire, and your butt will instantly become a flamethrower...ewwww.
