Ok so I have a stain on my wall in college (very well could be umm something that guys produce...)... sorry for those who didn't want to hear that (I am in college tho, it would make sense, haha) Gross I know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But I've tried takin soap the wall and nothing happened. The walls are white but u can clearly see there is a stain on it. I'm not sure what to use!!!
Any help would be GREAT!!!! Thanks all!!!

No matter what the stain is, you will have to paint over it to make it go away. Ask your dorm supervisor if repainting is provided by the college (you should not have to live with a... um... wet spot on the wall.) If they want you to do it yourself, use a coat of primer (white paint that covers anything) and then the colour of your choice (or the college's, if they have rules about that.) Alternatively, you could just hang a poster there but you would still know what was under it!

Stains on the wall are mostly permanent. If you paint them with regular interior paint, the stains will show through the paint. You need to first paint the stained area with Killz Stain Blocker. It may take a couple coats. Once it drys, then you can paint over it with reg. interior latex paint.

why don't you try peroxide3% mixed with water, see if this will help
