Mind your work and never bother about her call. Boss is a boss only when she is in her office. After office, u need to respect her. So just neglect her call and this would keep you in a safer position always. If she keeps insisting it, inform her that u would come today and do not go. Keep telling whenever she asks and this would automatically make her not to ask you for any other matters other than official.

No one can make you do any thin, you do not want to do.
But I do understand That jobs are hard to come by. So you do what it takes to keep boss happy. Nothing wrong in it. Hope your not doing any thing illegal.
If you are in USA or certain countries you can go see the labour department.
The other choice is do what you must but try to find another Job.
You do not say what she is up to, when you visit her at home.
Is she getting free labour by asking you to do heavy cleaning or it is more personal, like rubbing her back.
any way you have a choice, not easy but nothing in this world is easy we make choice every second.

Just be patient with her and tolerate for a while as you're in
need of a job. If she asking for sex, tell her politely that it's
not right because you're married.
In the meantime, try to look out for another similar job.
