My wife drank tea and coffee untill she gave birth to all three of our children and the doctors with each one never said that she couldn't drink it. All three were healthy and are doing fine now.

We're having problems in the South with the mislabeling and selling of teas (espeically black tea) because companies are sticking any label on the tea and selling it. The products have been removed but several people are sick so I would say it isn't worth it. Talk to your Dr. about a safe sinus meds you can take that won't hurt your baby.

Used to think all tea was pretty much the same until a friend brought me some tea from London. I don't know what kind it is, there are no labels or anything, but it is the best. I like it with a little French Vanilla cream.

I don't ever remember my OB telling me not to drink regular tea. Peppermint tea, although technically herbal, is harmless and would really help clear the sinuses.

Those you mention have caffeine. "Regular" herbal teas are okay, like rosehip or hibiscus or chamomile. Just not the strange herbal ones, like with ginkco, for example.
