Actually its a saying that (Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder) its like doing your thing ... or how u visualise if you are creative ... and you must have skills as well ... like, if you are creative and you havent got Skill to present your creativity, like say, on web then its useless.
From Skills i mean to say using certain softwares and ability to work with languages ...... If you follow todays fashion of making good websites its all about working with flash and action script....
But more then that Color scheme, Attractiveness, quality images, creative designing matters a lot ...........
