Can you accessorize it? Add some of your personal touch to it?
Maybe it is just the way you have your hair placed. Why don't you try different hair styles with it and find the best one for you?
Other than that, at least it is only at work, I'm sure you look better after. Don't worry, we all look different at work. Some get real dirty or sweaty, at least it is only your hat that you have to worry about.

I disagree with the first answer. Some women can wear hats well, some can't. I fall into the first category, and I'm thankful because I love ball caps. Hopefully you fall into the first category as well, but if you don't that's okay too. I know my husband would love me just as much even if I didn't wear hats well. Don't get tied up in stuff like that...just love yourself for who you are, which I know is hard because of society today. It took me a really long time to learn how, and I still struggle sometimes. Chin up, girl!
