Are you a republican or democrat and why?

I'm a democrat. Of course, I don't believe in everything the democrats believe in but I feel that the democrats are for the ppl - the republicans seem so sleazy and they always seem to put so much distance between them and the ppl(for example: G.W. Bush).

Donkey and proud of it becuase the bush administration has done a superb job of making me have an apathy for the Republicans. I believe in personal liberties and admire most democrats so it seems reasonable I'm a democrat.

I was a Democrat until Clinton wagged the finger. Now I am independent with Republican leanings.

I am a democrat because I do not believe in locking people up before they commit terrorist acts. Those people are human to and have families who care about them in Iraq and Afganistan.
