Are they good schools? I want to go to college in Japan and want to know if they are quality schools. Do they offer the same things normal colleges offer?

Don't believe all the advertising about "international colleges" here in Japan. Many schools, sadly, just put that on their logos. In my opinion there is no such thing as an "international college" in Japan.

But I could be wrong.

Yes, they offer the same things as normal colleges...but all in Japanese.

What you should do is go to an American/European college that has a branch in Japan....for example Temple University in Osaka.

Really depends on what you want to study besides Japanese. If you want to study Japanese, college probably isnt the best place at first

I think Jochi Univ.(Sophia), and International Christian University (ICU) are famous international univ.(both uni are private) in Tokyo which are known as "International". Those universities are good university, and quite hard to get in for Japanese students. You will have a quite advantage when you seek job in Japan after the graduate from those uni . And if your native language is English, I guess you have more opportunity or more easy to enter those uni.

It is true that there are many other universities which have "International" in the part of the college name in Japan. And you must be careful as above guy wrote.
In Japan genarally, if a univ. is a national or a public university, probably the universitis is good (but the most of them are not as prestigious as Sophia and ICU), and if it is a private university. you must be more carefully check whether it is good or not (some private universities are very good univ)

note: I am writing "good" means "prestigious" here because to enter prestigious university is one of the (or the most) important matter when a Japanese chooses own university in Japan. (we can not apply is rule to all the case and many exceptions, in addtion and recently young people pay more contents of lecturer of univ.etc but...anyway)

Among many prestigious univ. in Japan, some universities hold many lecturers and professors whom offer quality lectures and many other good (prestigious) univ.don't. (I hesitate to write about some details of their teaching qualities here). The good news that recently I read is the quality of many Japanese univ. has been improving due to decreasing the population of young people in Japan (and there are more competitions to get the student than before).
You many be better to ask the students or graduates of those international univ. to gather correct info.

Temple University Japan is an American uni which is also located in the center of Tokyo. The collage has Japan branch since 1982 or 83 and now is located azabu, Minato-ku. Around the areas is a uppertown and has many foreing embassies (the closest is Australian embassy) and foreign firms
And if you want to study somputer security area at graduate scool, Carnegie Mellon University (American) has a branch in Kobe (it was just established in 2005)
