a swarm of bees went flying
buzzing on their merry way
their hive had been destroyed
ere they need a place to stay

they searched the country over
and just outside of town
they decided on a place
they all could settle down

it was a service station
on the roadside all alone
the queen said we shall settle here
and call this place our home

it was a chevron station
with it's stripes of blue and white
so they all began to work
but one bee took his flight

for he saw an esso station
just across the street
he said i'll make this place my home
here's where i'll sleep and eat

this story has a moral
and it is "do not be proud"
you'll always find an esso bee
in each and every crowd

Terrible/Rotten. Some words to me are unknown like esso bee, ere. Never heard of that!

2ndly you are giving free advertising to a gas station brand. Why???

ending in each and every crowd should be reading in every crowd.

Work on it! Make it work! Sleep on it, re-work it!

I love it! It has personality, humor, and a little honesty, most of all it's original and yet still follows all the basic rules! Great Job, keep writing!
