i think my friend has a crush on me
other people say shes always touching me
but i see that she touches all the guys
hugs them, plays with their hair
so shes very touchy
what would some signs be of me being special to her that she would show
she always touches my back
smiles at most of my jokes
every now and again i catch her staring at me
stuff like that

You should be nice to her and watch her carefully and if you notice anything strange or signs that she may like you, you should talk to her about it and ask her if she likes you.
She may come out clean that she likes you, then she might say she doesn't and means it, then she might say that she doesn't but still stares at you and that probably means that she is totally into you, but scared that your not into her.
So all you need to do is just talk with her.

Could be she is a touchy feely kind of person
Could also be that she is a flirt
Could also be that she likes you
Why dont you just ask her?

what you have seen from him is not enough to confirm she likes you. But somehow she must be very nice and sweet to friends. observe more. why ?do you like her as plain friend or special friend?
