how do I put pictures from my phone on my acount?

On my phone service, instead of inputting a number, I scroll down the screen and there is a place for an email address. If your phone has this option, type in your own email. Then you can send yourself the picture(s) you have stored on your phone. Or vice versa. I do it all the time. Good luck.
