Do you get sore after every work out? Just wondering.

I use creatine, glutamine, and Optimum Nutrition's casein portein, which has BCAAs in it. I still get sore after every work out, though. I fell like I wasted my time if I'm not sore.

You should have some soreness but if it lasts more than a day then that is too much. As you probably know building muscle is simply breaking muscle down and then giving the body enoug rest to build it back stronger. Abs can be done every day, but all other muscles need 48hrs rest between workouts. Good Luck.
