how is health important to us?good health is the most precious thing, do you agree?if you choose, are you choose good health or so much money? how can we do to have good health( in eating habit, sleeping, relaxxing, entertaining, doing exersices and so on?) ? can you give me a suitable TABLE of activities every day to have good health? how long should we sleep every day?

1) Old lady aged 80 walking into clinic saying "Sorry, i do not have enough to pay for my regular checkup"

2) Young Lady aged 15 being wheeled into clinic saying "Sorry, I am early for treatment today because my chauffeur drove me here early"

Wow, that's a lot of questions! I'll try to take them one at a time.

Firstly, I do not agree that good health is absolutely the most precious thing. It's certainly a very nice thing to have, but scads of people have poor health and get along fairly well. I'd argue that the most important thing is striving for truth and justice.

I don't even know that I'd choose good health over money. It really depends on the circumstances. If only I could have good health or only I could have money and never share it, I would choose health. But if I could have good health or share my money, I would choose money because that money could be put to improving the health of others. Finally, if everyone could have good health or have a lot of money, I'd choose that everyone had good health. That's due partly to the value of health, and also to the destructive potential of money.

The third question: what can we do to have good health? Eating habits are fairly clear. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, make sure that you eat a sufficient amount of protein and carbohydrates, avoid sugar and caffeine, drink a lot of water, and get proper vitamins and minerals. Sleeping is also pretty straightforward. The average American child needs about ten hours of sleep a night, a teen needs about twelve, and an adult needs eight or nine. Relaxing and entertaining is somewhat more broad. Try not to be a couch potato, but at the same time don't take unnecessary risks, like going to insane parties or drinking a lot or playing chicken. Excericse stands somewhere between the two extremes. Everyone's different, but basically you should aim for half an hour to an hour of excercise (aerobic) four days a week.

A table? Well, that really would best be formulated by yourself and probably your physician. I don't know you or your lifestyle, but you do, so you'd be a lot more accurate in that venture. As I said, everyone's different. Just incorporate the basics given above, though, as those are universal.

Finally, you (and I am assuming you're an adult in relatively good health) should get eight to nine hours of sleep daily. That's best taken in solid blocks, as two hour snippets don't allow you to achieve the restorative REM stage.

Certainly. We must practice what we preach also so that you know that fully and enjoy it. For good health free good air without pollution, pure water without pollution , calm atmosphere, natural pollution free surroundings where you live and travel, and cleanliness must be followed in each and everything. Avoid tension , avoid strain to the body and mind, have sleep for 7 hours in the night and half an hour to 45 minutes lie down calmly in the afternoon. Diet should be with natural food plenty of vegetable and fruits should be added. Avoid more salt and salty food; same with the sweets, so also fried food, butter,ghee etc-in short fatty food. Also avoid hurry, and worry Be careful with Curry. Have prayers. Listen to classical music -melodious songs . Think positively. Believe in yourself. Understand everything and everybody so that there won't be misunderstanding. Love all the creatures. Avoid loneliness. Help others. Do something to the society-what you can - where you live in . We should follow the above as much as we can . Have exercise -walking :king of exercises or best of all: swimming . Walking daily in normal speed for 45 minutes to one hour . early morning is the best. at least 5 days in a week regularly .With friends or with pet is better.

I agree.Ya know my mother in law is disabled from a massive stroke and I thank God that I'm able to walk and talk and just live everyday normal life.Whatever that is lol.
