i have downloaded messanger 8.0 and having problems, how can i delette it and download what i had before?

Remove the messenger 8 from add and remove programme and reinstal the one wich you were using if you have, otherwise update windows and try the messenger 8.

Remove it using add/delete programs in control panel, then download msn messenger 7.5. that should do it.

Go into control panel then add/remove programs remove everything to do with that particular thing...then redownload......
