The best rust remover I have found is chrome polish, oddly enough. Apply generously, let it sit for a few minutes, then buff it off with a towel. Depending on how deep the rust is, it make take a couple of applications, but for a single wheel, your total work time will probably be five - ten minutes (not including letting it sit for five minutes).

Use a good polishing compound.It will usually remove light rust and help protect it from showing back up.

dept stores sell these rust remover sprays and wipes does the trick everytime
but make sure you read the label and be sure its safe for your wheels or rims or watever

Hit the decrease back of the tire with a rubber mallet on the rim accurate next to the position it joins with the tire then turn it a quarter turn and hit it some situations and shop doing that until eventually it pops off. this is going to pop off without messing with the axle shaft nut or hub bearing nut, this is in basic terms corroded on there. solid success!!.

Solvol Autoaol will do it but takes work as you have to rub it off so the answer is no easy way just persevere with physical work

SemiChrome polish works well and even does just that polishes..you can find it at autoparts store or your local motorcycle shop
