Since astronauts are away from, our planet earth for weeks even months, and also they are in zero gravity environment at outerspace, wearing heavy suits, I am wondering how do they release their natural calls?

Spaceships have specially designed bathroom for astronauts use. Toilets have various restrains (foot loops, thigh restraints, etc.) so that astronauts will not float away when he/she is using it. Also, due to weightlessness, the toilets rely on air and vacuum pump which creates suction to remove the waste. When urinating, astronauts use a large tube that is connected to the bottom front of the toilet. This tube also has air circulating through it carrying the urine to a holding tank. Anatomically correct urine funnel adapters are attached to this tube so that both men and women can use the same toilet.

Another thing is that spacesuits are fitted with diapers so that astronauts can work outside for long hours (especially during spacewalks).♥

Same way you do. They use muscular contractions to move things along. Just because you are weightless doesn't mean your muscles stop working! If that were true, astronauts would have a hard time breathing!

the basic description of the hose and straps and stuff is correct. Once in orbit, astronauts usually remove the bulky space suit and have jumpsuits. During a delay in the launch of a Mercury shot (remember projuect Mercury?) one astronaut had to relieve himself in his suit. This flooded the entire suit along his back side and caused all of the sensors to go haywire.

Mechanism is still the same. You really don't want to know what happens after that. Been to the Johnson Space Center.

They pee out of their butt and poop out of their nose.
It's complicated space biology.
