A sad but truthful observation if I may say. In our society, beauty is treated more like a commodity, something to be acquired in exchange for something else. These girls are arrogant, because of the prospect of receiving that which "average looking" people, in the beauty's mind, can never acquire. This gives them a false sense of confidence.
Only life experience will be able to teach these arrogant girls that their own arrogance makes them ultimately very unattractive, but only to those who know better.
Rise above it, that's all that I can say.

You have used two words that should rarely if ever be used. "Always," and "never."
I have known extremely beautiful girls and women (and there is a difference) who were not arrogant, who had beautiful souls and who were a complete pleasure to be with, talk to and who cared about other people.
Physical beauty and beauty of the soul do come together, perhaps not always, but more often than you would think.
You would be better advised to direct your attack at vanity, which is the real culprit. The secret is that not all beautiful female humans are vain, nor do they act vain. Beauty is often a choice.
I have known plain women and downright ugly women and men as well who were terribly arrogant and very unpleasant to be around.
I think your problem is a basic attitude. You see what you want to see and find what you are looking for. I have known beautiful women who didn't know they were beautiful or who thought they were plain and were very insecure.
Some beautiful women may be defensive because they have had so many passes and propositions put to them that they come to trust nobody.
Notice that I have not used all-inclusive or all-exclusive terms such as "always" and "never" other that as quotes. "Often," and "seldom" are usually safer choices.

I think American Psycho said it best:
Craig McDermott: If they have a great personality and they're not great looking... then who ******* cares?
Patrick Bateman: Well, let's just say hypotetically ok? What if they have a great personality?
[pause, all laugh]
Patrick Bateman: I know, I know.
[all in unison]
Patrick Bateman, Craig McDermott, David Van Patten: There are no girls with good personalities.
David Van Patten: A good personality consists of a chick with a little hard body, who will satisfy all sexual demands without being too slutty about things, and who essentially will keep her dumb ******* mouth shut.
Craig McDermott: The only girls with good personalities who are smart or maybe funny or halfway intelligent or talented, though god knows what the **** that means, are ugly chicks.
David Van Patten: Absolutely.
Craig McDermott: And this is because they have to make up for how ******* unnattractive they are.

It's nice but rare to find one girl or guy that is acceptable to look at and has that awesome personality that makes you not care if they aren't perfect. That's when you've found the one! I feel that beautiful girls are arrogant because they get away with it and have always done what they want. Some day they will lose their looks and be put in their place, just remember that!

They are so self-centered! They think the whole world revolves around them night and day 24/7 365 days a year.
They think they bat what one eyelash, the whole world will be on their hands and knees for them.
I think they have naturally incurring snobbish dna set up in them if the are born to be a "10" in life.

It's unfair to stereotype but admittedly I have ran into the same problem.I think alot of them get twisted by being told how beautiful they are their whole lives that they learn to think they are better then normal.

Their physical features define to them their value as a person. I think everybody has their darker qualities. Some qualities are just not as up front as others (like arrogance).
