I would try a timeshare before I stayed in a house off the strip. Contact Interval International and see what they have, or go on-line to RedWeek.com. Jockey Club, Polo Towers or Marriott Grand Chateau are all right in the middle of the strip and in my opinion would be better than what you are looking at. I have also seen some rentals on e-bay, so check those out too. The time shares have 1 BR up to 3 BR with fully equiped kitchens, big screen tv's, etc.

If you have alot of people going with you, like up the the max of 10 for that property, I have to say that is pretty cheap. Especially if you have 10 people there for a week, that averages out to $90 pp for that week.

If its just you and 1 or 2 others, I think it going to be a bit big for you. Most timeshares are 1 or 2 bedrooms at more reasonable rates.

Southern Highlands is a fifteen min instantly street holiday to the strip and Summerlin is 20-0.5-hour reckoning on the position you stay wakeful there. Southern Highlands has tones of up to date procuring accurate off of Blue Diamond so flow with that. I stay off Blue Diamond and prefer it.
