My grandma has a bit of a problem with walking, her knee hurts. She gets better with more walking but sometimes she doesnt want to get up out of bed. Is there something i can do to make her walk more? Or anything i could put on her legs?

Does your Grandma have arthritis? Has she been to her Doctor lately? That is really what you need to do for her...encourage her to see her Doctor. There are medicines that can help. As for the pain, ibuprofen helps - and so does heat, but you have to be careful. A heating pad can only be on TOP of her leg for 15 minutes at a time and it must be set on LOW. That might help, but she can never go to sleep with it on or have her leg on top of it, OK? Get her to the Doctor. Get her some help.

How long has this been going on ? How long since she has seen a doctor about it. I wouldn't mess with home remedys. It could be a tear in her cartiladge, or a torn muscle, or even a problem with her hip .. See the doctor. Good Luck ! :)

try deap heat, its a cream...
see her legs must be getting cold so that means that the bones are getting cold.

deap heat will warm them and she should be able to move easiler with out pain

You answered it ... more walking. Arthritis meds for the pain, and gel to rub on would be soothing also.
