What would YOU consider a decent hourly pay rate for an individual working in a shipping / receiving departing of a big name retail store like Sears?

Right now i'm living in Washington (state). I already work for Sears, it just seems to me for the work we do we are definently not compensated enough when it comes to our pay wage. Especially when they got people like me working 109 hours ever 2 weeks because they are so understaffed, i think when i hit the poing where i'm your average employee and not a manager yet i am working 21 hours in 1 day which is more than my boss worked, i should get a pay raise that tipes that double digit group before we hit the decimal point.

See, looking at what over 99% of you posted, i am makeing for too little of an hourly wage for the work i am doing. . .8.80/hr isnt cuttin it, and it's time i go tell Sears that they cant afford to keep me there unless they jump me up to at least 10.50 - 12.50 /hr because this is quite honestly they smallest ammount of money i've ever made working in a back stock room. Even when i worked at sams club i think they started me at something around 11 an hour. . . Sears Roebucks, more like Sears Pays NoBucks.
