Originally being a DeVos person I must now say I Dislike both canidates, but as we must choose one, I am leaning towards Granholm. From my research on the two, DeVos has given me no reason to trust him (that he isnt in it just to help his business) and that he actually cares about issues. Granholm is no winning situation either as has been shown by her current term as govenor.

I will definately vote for Granholm. First of all, Devos can't be trusted. He is only trying to look out for himself. He doesn't care about the people of Michigan. The only reason he is even running for governor is to stroke his frail ego. He thinks that because he is a billionaire, that he can buy an election and become governor without having any sort of political experience. Granholm probably could have done a better job during her previous term, but look at what she has had to deal with. She has no support in the state house. She is trying to balance a budget without much in the way of federal support, since revenue sharing has been cut. She has been trying to deal with increasing unemployment, that she can't control, because the various state governments can't stop companies from moving out of state to foriegn countries that pay lower wages. The list of obstacles that she has faced over the last 4 years goes on and on. Granholm is a seasoned politician. If an experienced politician can't straighten the mess out in Michigan, what makes you think that an ego-maniac without any experience can do any better. Granholm deserves every vote available.

Jennifer Granholm--hands down!! She is fantastic for the people of Michigan--especially the middle-class and working folk. John Engler left this state in shambles and she has done a tremendous job just getting us back to a ground zero. Anything she hasn't been able to accomplish cannot be blamed on her efforts --The house and senate in MI are currently under Republican control and they have the power to override her legislation and she has had to bargain with them to get things done!!
Dick DeVos is a guy born on third base and he thinks he hit a triple!! A far-right wing Neo Conservative nut job has no place running our state. He has no political experience--just a horrible record of business practices.

As a registered MI voter, I support Granholm, not because she's fantastic, but because I don't trust DeVos a bit. She'll do a better job for everybody.
