MSc IT from Karnataka State Open University?

I have completed 10+2 and DOEACC “A” level and 4 DOEACC “B” level papers.
I am from Nepal and I have been working here in a software company for 2 years.
I would like to do MSc IT from Karnataka State Open University but as it seems my qualification is insufficient for MSc IT.
Could someone please suggest me weather I should join 5Th semester BSc IT and provide me information on fees, admission procedure and exam center here in Nepal. I am unable to get this in formation from KSOU (http://www.ksoumysore.com).
