You can go to Greenbelt 3 in Ayala Center a lot of office girls hang out there after office hours.. ( i know coz i work there ;-)

I have been there. Bookstores are a good place to hang out, especially if you want to meet someone well-read. Overall, high class Filipinas are much more reserved and less likely to really want to be with a white honky like us, than the bargirls. There is a middle of the road here. You dont have to go from one extreme to the other. I would tend to go for some nice shop girls and get to know them on their own territory instead of downtown Makati, where everyone is searching for status. That is precisely the kind of woman you want to avoid in North America, so why go there to seek the same type in the Philippines?

If you want nice girls I would recommend trying some pen pal or dating service, mail order bride service. You can meet a lot of ladies. Now with the Internet, it is very quick and cheap to communicate Some of the Internet cafes, have web cams so you can see her in real time. Once you narrow your selection you can go to the Philippines to meet in person.
Sunshine International is the only one that I know much about. Due to a new federal law in America, they are in the process of changing their web site. The federal law basically prevents anyone who has been arrested from using their service. They do have free information. There are other services listed on the Internet that are not in the U.S. Immigration of your future fiancee is another challenge.

A piece of advice from a Filipina, if ever you find a girl who would marry you, please check her background. A lot of them would marry you for these reasons:
-status
-money
-to be able to migrate and bring their whole family in whatever country you came from
A lot of them would even fleece you dry.
Some of them might be even married and pretend they're not, after you marry her, several children would come out and you have to take them all with you.
Unless you are prepared with all these knowledge, you're gonna get screwed badly.
However, there's also some really nice one even if they do marry you because of money and status. They'll take care of you and would always be with you.
Just be careful and try not to flash some money or you'll be a goner.

Look at the way they answer, dude.. (girls above)
Anyway, don't count me in... I just hate it when foreigners come to the Philippines to scout for sluts.. It's good you are not looking for one but for a wife. Good luck, haha...
