I heard Autozone doesn't do that anymore, but you can do it by disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes :)

Simply unhook the battery cables for about 10 to 15 minutes. This should reset it. If there is something wrong, a check engine light will come on after the computer runs it own diagnostic check on everything. Hope this helps.

REMEMBER THE REASON FOR THE COMPUTER TO SET A CHECK ENG CODE IS ALWAYS AN EMISSION RELATED PROBLEM.

Power it down for > 1 minute.
A) Disconnect the battery
B) Remove the ECM fuses(s)

i own a repair shop,and on this one you can take the battery cable off of it for a few minutes,and this should clear it off then put it back on,it should be clear,,if the light or the trouble code re-appears this means you still have a problem with it, good luck i Hope this help,s.

go to your local auto zone they will tell you what is wrong and ask them to reset. they do it for free.
