It looks fabulous, but do you need that much room? How long are you going to be there on the rental property - both time-wise and date-wise? Are you worried about hotels? If you have a large family or a group of 6 - 10, then I can see it. You will save money. Otherwise, to me it would be a waste. We are going in a couple weeks ourselves, and are staying at a hotel on the strip for 3 nights - at less than you would pay for only 1 night. I would rather use the money to go on a tour to Hoover Dam and Lake Mead, see a show or two, and spend a bit of money to try my luck, then spend it on a place like that, but that is me. Have a wonderful time!

Why bother ? Just fly into Las Vegas & book a great hotel. Lots to do in Vegas - Just plan it yourself & save a ton.

It looks great house, Location could be inconvenient, Its did not say but 5 min from Santa Fe could be completely loco residence area and not much thing to do....
Vegas change so much, you have much more and fun thing to do in strip...great hotels and restaurant and shopping...
I prefer strip.
