Antartica? i know its very cold there and i guess hardly anyone lives there. other than that. Who would wanna hate art? its everywhere!

I do not think so. YOu need to realise that art is one method that people from yester years used to express themselves. Infact I am of the opinion that art was rampant in the earlier century than it is now.

I'd say some third world countries couldn't care less about art. I'd say that would have other things to care about...
