it is 8,0.5 a million. Its extra desirable than 8000- self explanatory. 2. it is divisible by using 5- it has to end in the two a 0 or a 5 3. the tens digit (third digit) Is one under hundreds digit (1st digit). I went out on a limb and guessed that the 1st digit replaced into 8, making the third digit 7. 4. The tens digit (third digit) is two extra desirable than those digit (final digit). That makes ur final digit 5, which follows the rule of thumb from #2. 5. 8+7+5+0= 20. desire I helped. :)

Ok I do not think there is enough information to answer your question.
any 3 digits that add up to 9, that is an odd number seems to work.
I do not know if each digit needs to be odd, or if they have to be in order (is that what you mean by run?)
if so, I would say 135 or 531 they both add up to 9, and are in sequence.
