I don't have any friends, I am very shy. What can I do to get more friends? I have one friend but he doenst really like me, he only hangs out with me when no one else is around. I like pizza.

I would say you need to find your self before you find a friend. You cant be a friend until you find out how to be a friend and the only way to do that is ask your self what kind of friend would you make.

Well eventually you are gonna have to come out of your shyness and just communicate with people. You have to look people in the face, in the eye and let them know that you are interested and that you are just as cool and nice of a person than they are. You dont have to be fake and pretend that you are someone that you're not and offend people, just be nice and try to talk to people. Its gonna be hard but things will get better with time. Also if you are still in school join a club or organization that do differeent things, like joining a choir, business club, or band. In all of these things you are constantly in front of people, but you are not there by yourself. There are people around you and the attention wont be only on you. The shyness will soon fade away when doing things like that.

Wow, i know at the time it probally seems that you dont have nay friends, but I can promise it will get better.
The number one thing I would recomend to do would be to join a club, or a sport. That way you HAVE to make friends. And being shy might make it hard, but not immposible to make friends. But your self out there, and see what happens.

just go talk to people. that's the only way to get over your social barrier. talk with people in your classes to start with, then gradually expand. talk with them about common likes and dislikes, and you'll find a few friends. dont differentiate between sexes, because you can have a girl who is just a friend. all you need to do is go to social events (eg. football games, dances) and talk with people.
