The B2 when it was shown to the public for the first gulf war was 20 years old! Imagine the stuff they really have now. The military can just zap someone with our sattelite lazers, or use HAARP to create earthquakes and huricanes. Why the secrecy?

We don't use them? and you would know this how? How do you know specific earthquakes weren't from us? Just like we didn't use chemical weapons in fallujah, and the cia doesnt assasinate and run drugs?

cuz destroying our enemies in secrecy isnt as rewarding as doing it publicly (not that i believe we can actually control earthquakes and such). we need public wars and they take practice. afghan and iraq were staging grounds for our military prowess and effectiveness. if we can do some global good by our "squashing of evil" we will get reimbursed somehow by our global "allies." at the same time we are able to stretch our legs, militarily. other countries doing business with us definately keep in mind our actions against a country that they failed to gain favor to act against. how much do you think business relations (in ways we'll never hear of) improved between isreal and the us? i know thats a touchy conspiracy riddled example but love they neighbor until they love your wife...or somethin like that.

why would anyone fight mike tyson when he was in his prime, why would people constantly be trying to pick fights with bruce lee,it all about ego,its a pissing match, disguised as....well you name it,freedom, justice, god. and this is for marty k. you my friend are a classic example of why we as americans are hated throughout the world, your close minded thought process assures that liberals will in fact gain control of the white house, the senate and congress,it is hate which you spout from your oh so thin lips hate for others that do not think like you,the fact is that not agreeing with our government is the freedom that we all appreciate, that not having voted for the idiot in power now that is our consolation prize that is our freedom, and we are not dangerous in doing so,if anything we "libs" might be able to convince the rest of the world not to hate us so much, that maybe just maybe the whole world wont rise against us just to knock us off the mountain...twit

The weapons are only as good as the people using them. Unfortunately, regardless of the advanced technology, they still can't avoid friendly fire incidents even today.
Sometimes even Iraqi peasants can shoot down a state of the art Apache helicopter, with a pre WW2 rifle.
Also, as the U.S assumes the role of sole global policeman, it starts to stretch its resources as it tries to settle multiple disputes. This opens it up to attack, as opportunistic enemy states who normally wouldn't confront America become more confident about their chances of doing some serious damage.

Because countries like Korea would be upset that we could use that type of weaponry but they get critisim for it. I believe that it's necessary to keep it a secret so that the taxpayers don't think that their money is being used for stupid things since when they are shown and used, their performance is superior and thought to be worth it.

No one wants to fight the US. The Republican Administration wants you to believe this is so so that you don't complain about incursions into other countries. Other countries are simply afraid and are sabor rattling so that Bush stays back. You need a new government.

Ask the North Vietnamese. I hope we've learned from that little fiasco never to fight another land war in Asia.

Because they know that because of poltiical correctness promoted by the liberal agenda, we won't use it.

The liberals all need to be locked away. They invite harm by their attitude and are a danger to our national security. They also care about the enemy more than they do the United States.

Advance weaponry is not a deterrence for other countries not to fight a superpower just like what is happening to the US now. There are other methods to wage a war particularly terrorism.

Just try to imagine the weapons that you don't know about yet.
Or the ones still on the drawing board.
