No offense to any of them personally, but the announcing of this NLCS is pretty bad, in my opinion. I guess Joe Buck is pretty good (I'm used to him from doing Cardinals games) but Tim McCarver is annoying and Luis Gonzalez does not seem to know what's going on. Nothing insightful. Opinions?

So are the American League announcers any better??

I like Joe Morgan, too. I agree about Al Hrobosky. He's awful and he is such a Cardinal cheerleader it makes me sick. I want some objectivity when I watch.

Whoever said Joe Morgan is a bad announcer has bad judgement...Joe Morgan is one of the best by far!

Tim McCarver is a horrible announcer, Joe Buck is a horrible announcer (and he routes for the Cards more than anyone), and Luis Gonzalez is only up there b/c he played baseball b/c he terrible as well...

Pretty much its just better to watch the series on mute...b/c the series is turning out to be a very very good one but listening to those morons gives me a headache and I turn off the game after its over with a lower IQ after hearing such stupid comments and analysis.

Hey,
I am a huge Met fan and honestly I am with you. McCarver is tough to listen to. He analyzes something and then the opposite happens. I by no means give Joe Buck a pass. He is horrible and only seems better because of MaCarver. Whoever said just tune the announcers out is not an option if you are watching every pitch. I have to continue mt rant, I am so pissed now because I really hate them both.

Buck is rooting for the cards nf not only was McCarver a Cardinal in his career but he was fired by the mets as an annoucer. so he is rooting for the cards 2. nd iv hated gonzalez ever since his roids gave him that little extra power 2 hit the ball over jeter's head in the 2001 world series

im a cardinals fan and it seems as if mccarver knows nothing, joe buck is cheering for the mets and luis gonzalez is just sitting there knowing he gets payed more in one year as mccarver and buck do in 5 years, combined

Ever ask your self why followers are referred to as followers? HUH?! it quite is because of the fact they cheer for their group!!! How dare u say Mets followers have no classification. i've got been to Shea stadium in the past and that they don't look to be as loud as u say they are. it quite is the damn postseason so all of us gets excited. Why are u gettin' all own besides? U would not wanna take ur young toddlers to Shea? high-quality with me and the different 50,000+ followers. Wanna know why the followers booed Pujols final night? Have u examine the comments he made approximately Glavine? i'm optimistic you're able to consider him yet place urself as a Mets fan. How could u sense if, enable's say, a Met participant make such remark approximately Weaver or chippie? would not u sense offended? finally, wanna know why there have been some empty seats final night? It become ineffective night and people who take the subway to bypass to the game could wanna bypass away earlier 'reason it takes perpetually just to get out of the stadium to the prepare station and the experience abode on the subway ain't precisely short, the two. those people who left early possibly delivered their young toddlers with them. respectable mothers and dads do not wanna see their young toddlers freezin' their tushy off interior the midst of the night.

McCarver and Joe Morgan are two of the worse annoncers in baseball. Quickly followed by Al Hraboski

Fox television coverage makes ESPN look professional and wonderful. The camera work is ok on Fox, but the commentators!!! I watch the games with no volume when it is FOX.
