My period was October 7th through October 12th, it ended up coming 6 days late, my symptoms stopped on the 12th, then around the 15th I started cramping, feeling sick to my stomach, and spotted pink yesterday and today. Spotting looks like it stopped today. My periods are irregular and I took two pregnancy tests and negative, ruling out pregnancy. No sex this month.

Don't want to scare you, but pregnancy, or could be hormonal syndrome, like endometriosis. Any kids? Been using protection? If not and having irregular periods, could be endometriosis. Very common now. Treated with surgery and hormone therapy. If having unprotected intercourse and around 13-18 days after your cycle, counting from day 1 of your cycle, could be pregnant. When the embryonic cells implant, that can cause some spotting. Or ovulation can cause that. Unless you have a lesion on your cervix. Do a PG test, then if negative, and it keeps occuring, like for the next cycle, see your GYN. Could be some other problem that needs attention from him or her. Don't take chances with your fertility if you ever want children

It may mean nothing. If the pink blood is followed by heavy red or dark blood accompanied by severe pain. Consult your doc or local ER.
