I.m counting on it, otherwise it will be a long off-season. It just proves that good pitching is what matters in post season play.

The Mets offense cant be held to that lackluster of a performance in back to back games...plus Carpenter pitched pretty bad against a bad Astros offense last season and this Mets offense is WAY better...
The main question.......can the Mets pitching hold off the Cards? Mets pitching if awful and pitching wins championships...thats why neither the Mets/Cards will really challenge the Tigers for the WS...

Carp is the best pitcher in the NL but I think Maine will slightly out pitch him in a pitchers dual. I just was to see Darran Oliver start game 7 that should be funny

Your words are marked.
I'm 3-0 in the last three games (and have $50.00 new dollars in my pocket from bodog.com to prove it) and St. Louis is closing it out in 6 despite the game being at Shea.

Stick a fork in "em. They choked tonight & it will be worse tomorrow. Regardless, the Tigers would have swept them anyway!! Go Tigers. Team of Destiny.

So far it's too early to tell, we will have to wait and see when the game is played.
