And I was wonder, on the taking side, how bad does it hurt? I've never done it before but want to...what to expect? Does it feel good or just plain hurt? Any sort of advice or things you could help me expect would be great, thanks!

yes i know i'm a chick- but i have many gay/bi guy friends that have been the recievers and they want to know how it feels.
...oi that was a weird statement that can be taken many ways...
The best thing to do is take it slow for your first couple of times- no need to break the bed or hurt yourself until after you've gotten what you like and what he likes down pat. lol. Be patient and relax. It feels good after a few minutes but for a while it hurts like heck. Be sure to use a good brand of lube for your first time. the cheapest kinds have been known to cause infections. Try KY- that one's the safest. be sure to use a condom- and dont go cheap on them either- nor too expensive because they will break easily for some dumb reason.

Make sure you use Condom, and a good lube. Don't buy anything in the Market, Go to a good sex shop: Glide is good.
Make sure you are relaxed and just sit down and relax. It will hurt little but then few seconds and you will be in heaven.

It all depends upon HOW it is done. Do use a condom, do take it slow and gentle, do use lots of lubricant. I'd give you more advice, but there are some things better left experienced on your own and unexpected. Talk about it with your bf. Communication is the key.

Gotta be relaxed, as if you're making a bowel movement. Plenty of lube and just sit back and enjoy. It takes practice and will hurt the first time, but it will be pure heaven. Being versatile is getting the both of both worlds

It doesn't hurt, I don't think. For me, it's just uncomfortable because you feel like you have to sh*t when it's in there and you keep fearing that you're going to go, even though you won't. Once you get in the right mind-set, it's enjoyable.

go slow, use lots of lube, practice by yourself first streaching it out a little, one finger, two fingers, learn to douche to keep things pleasant. read about it on the net.
it can hurt if you dont know how to relax your muscles a little, but it can also feel fantastic and intimate

Make sure your first time that you have a considerate partner and if you tell him to stop, then he will respect you. And have fun, it should be a wonderful experience, not scary or intimidating. If things don't go "as planned," don't worry about it.

Uh, well, I've never done it, but I imagine it would hurt considering that a man is not supposed to shove his penis into another man's rectum.
The penis was designed for vaginal sex, that means WITH A WOMAN, and sticking it into another man's point of exit is disgusting.What if he takes a dump when you're in there?
