personnally i think they should be shot like dogs ! but seeing we are a civil nation we should at the lead castrate then brand them on the forhead and cheeks , hands so as not have any part hide what they really are , not only that they should be locked up for life ! if they are released they should all be on some island far from the rest of us ! i still think im to kind

They should be branded and castrated...but problem is they can still molest with their hands and other body parts. Let them live life as a torso...or give them lethal injection. BUT Beforehand let an old wrinkly 95 year old man on Viagra have his way with them.

These sick B's cannot be rehabilitated...I don't care what anyone says. Our justice system is messed up and way too liberal. They let these freaks get a slap on the wrist. Look at the pervert who was considered by the judge as too short to go to prison. A parent would almost be better off taking the law into their own hands...but then they would probably get the death penalty for it.

As for Tom's answer above....There is a huge difference between changing the age of consent and the rape or molestation of an innocent child or young teen.

If convicted, lock them up with no early parole. When they get out have a RED Convicted Sex Offender printed on their drivers license so we can keep track of them. Improve the sex offender database and offer rewards like Oprah does.
Physical or chemical castration does not work. These people are sick and should be compelled to go to counseling every day just to keep them in line. Putting them on an island would work for me, but the politcallly correct people will start screaming pedophiles rights are being violated.

I agree with you all the way, have you seen "Sin City" that's what we need to do take their weapons away that means cut off their hands and their penis but like in the movie they would find a way to keep doing it, so there is no other choice than kill them before they can do any more harm, I don't think they can stop being who they are or stop doing what they do....
That little girl Jessica Lundsford and Shasta Groene are always in my thoughts and my heart, I never can stop thinking about them, and them and many other children didn't need to go trough all that suffering if those child molesters piece of $hit would have get the punishment they deserved the very first time they molested a kid. >-]

Be careful what you wish.

Charges of child molestation in divorce cases is not running rampant by women who want more in the divorce settlement.In MOST of these cases the father is innocent, but the charges are serious and it is a very common ploy now.

WHAT IF, your son was getting a divorce from a real shrew, a nasty ***** who'd made his life miserable, and she charged him with this crime? What IF he was convicted, even though totally innocent, but she had her whole family and group of friends lined up to testify against him and set him up. Mmmmm???? Would you still approve of branding with a hot iron on the forehead or castrating?
Be careful what you wish for.

Don't put me off too lightly on this, there are MORE people being accused of these crimes, than there are people committing them because of child custody cases.

get rid of them. castration has not worked in the past with molesters or rapist. the only civil thing to do is execution. really does not sound that civil until you think about the hell there victims have to live in for the rest of there life. my dad was a victim and he still has nightmares he is in his 60's im sure that the person who abused him and his sister is still doing it if he can. because of our so called civil nation.

Well here in Canada, the sentences are WAY too lenient!!!!
They should all be put on an Island like you said, with no food and to fend for themselves.
What does prison do for them other than keep em healthy and ALIVE. I personally had an experience with one and can you believe it, he got off due to LOSS of "DNA" evidence!!!!!!!!!!!!

What should be done to people who falsely accuse others of child abuse? Many innocent people are in prison because of falsified documentation and vengeful people. Now, if the impose a death penalty on child molesters, those who were wrongly convicted will be killed.
I know. My brother was falsely accused by his ex wife, just because she did not want him to have visitation privileges. He is a wonderful father, and had the oldest child lied for his mother, my brother would now be in prison and falsely labeled a sex offender.
