wtf, accounts cannot get hi-jacked unless you've given away your password. That doesn't make sense, are you just f-ing around?

whenever u login to ur account thru cyber cafes make sure there are no keyloggers running...
however there are so many stealth modes that making sure that the computer is not bugged is a big problem in itself...
however u can rty changing the passwords after regular intervals..

If the account is of some registered provider u can always contact them by other means and make sure that the account gets unlocked for u..

Sounds to me like you got a Trojan (backdoor worm) that's collected up all you stored passwords and usernames...
Scan your computer and see what it finds...
