Goof Off removes chewing gum, paint, glue, ink, caulk, etc... Check the instructions before using it on your carpet.

Dab the blue tack on the carpet with a larger bit of blue tack in your hand. It will stick to it's self better than it sticks to the carpet The stain can be cleaned with a good stain remover like "Vanish" and a little elbow grease

What the blue tack?blue tack is quite greasy try to roll it off or put an ice cube on and try and freeze it then pick it off ,

Is there a stain devil for blu tack, maybe one that does something like chewing gum too ......... this is definitely ringing a bell, will ask my Mum as I'm sure I was guilty of a similair crime, albeit many many years ago now !!!!!

place an ice cude on it it will make it go hard and it can easily be picked off it also works on chewing gum. good luck

Apply ice. This should make it brittle. It will then be easier to break up and scrape away.
