Something your comfortable in, but not sloppy, no t-shirts with pics or writing, I know teens love them, but this is a date, where something stylish but not low cut or tight. Alot depends on where the date is taking place, dance or movies or something more up-scale? Nice pair of jeans is usually the place to start if casual setting. For girls, in that age catagory, try "Limited 2" Most women remember the "Limited" clothing store, now there is one for pre and young teens. Great styles, not provacative, but can be pricey. Has good sale prices though. For young men, shop Target and Khols, and the same for girls. Most young guys like shirts that are a little big, kinda like the old rugby style shirts but with hoodies. i would say for a guy --a nice button up shirt and black slacks socks and shoes.(maybe even a tie) for a girl i would say maybe a nice dress? (im a guy, so i can only say for a guy hope it helps anyway!
