Oh I have got to get in on this one! First, when I was in grade school ther was a girl named Aquinella. Some of the kids decided that since Aqua meant water and nella meant head they would call her waterhead. Actually the word is agua and her name was aqui..., but you know kids. Also, in high school there was a girl named April May. While I worked as a teenager at Brown's Chicken, the head security police detective's actual name was Richard Tracy! Yep, Dick Tracy.
Oh, I am not finished. I work at a public grade school in the inner city of Chicago, I have seen and heard all of the La... this and Sha... that. I've come across all of the auto names and liquor names. One family has 3 daughters named Diamond, Starr and Sparkle. One child is named Rain Amen. There have been a few I could not pronounce and some that are spelled nothing at all like they are pronounced. Case in point, Dunate. Pronounced Deonte'. Oh, and one of the security guys there is named Michael Meyers.

I thought as a child that Ickabod Crane was the most weird until I heard Gladimere Pootin. Not sure of the spelling on either, but the names sound weird anyway.

I work for a hospital and had to pull a babies chart for a pediatric appointment. I could not believe it but his name was Mo and his last name was Money. They named that baby Mo Money.
