John Lennon...In His Right is the best book ever writtenabout John Lennon. It's funny you mentioned it. It is a remarkable book. Let me know how you like it or you can email me and I will give you your $ back. I'm that sure!

I read In His Own Write when it first came out in about 1964 and I was still at school in Britain. It's a rambling mixture of a whole lot of different things. That was more than 40 years ago but one thing I remember is a poem.

Arf arf he goes a merry sight
Our furry little friend
Arfing round the lampposts bright
Arfing round the bend
Good Nigel nice boy waggy tail and beg
Clever Nigel jump for joy because we're putting you to sleep at three Nigel.

Probably contains a minor error or two. That was about the time the Beatles were making movies like A Hard Day's Night and Help.

I have never read it. However, Amazon.com has a lot of user reviews on the book (43+). They give a lot of information and I think you can even read some sample chapters (most books you can).
