Everyone seems to think somthing terrible will happen if we see eachother on our wedding day, but no one is worried about pictures before the wedding. There would be nothing more calming than getting a massage before we part for the preparation of one of the most amazing days we will ever have. Please tell me what you think.

I am old fashioned. Not so much concerned about bad luck. Rather, the anticipation of waiting to see your bride or groom on your special day is magical. I am a romantic at heart. I think massages would be great, but separately. I remember being in a dream state the day of my wedding and the fairy tale experience of walking down the Isle with my dad to meet my groom who looked stunning in his morning suit. I felt like a beautiful princess and knew he saw me that way as he watched me come down the aisle. We did not take pictures before the ceremony. I felt we were truly gifts being given to each other. The marriage did not work out sadly, but I will never forget the euphoric feeling of beholding my groom for the first time that day....intense.

I think it's very sweet and romantic. You will love the peace and alone-time and will remember it always. I think it's ingenious - I might even share the idea with others I know before they get married. It really is a nice thought.
PS - I don't believe in luck, but from what I've heard, it's only "bad luck" if you see her in her wedding dress before the wedding. As for just seeing her, I don't see how that would be a problem, since you've already seen her - this isn't exactly an arranged marriage, I'm assuming.
