i would call macy's or nordstrom and make an appoitment at the MAC counter

Go to your local Department Store, like Macy's and allow one of the women (preferably younger then 40) do your makeup. You may want to do it now and see if you like it, if so, go back to the same person on Saturday.
You can also find a good freiend and show them your pic, or even the local beauty college can do it (and for cheap!)

Go to the Victoria's Secret Store. They just put out their new line Very Sexy Makeup. You can try EVERYTHING. And there is a girl there who will give you free makeover. You can even do it yourself if you want.

Ask friends or search online for the best salon nearest you. If they're really good, they'll have a makeup person and nails. Show them the picture of what you want and they should curve the look to make it yours.
