It's a funny question. However, did you know that you can make a solid rocket motor from white sugar and potassium nitrate? I don't know how many cups of sugar you would need to get to the moon, but in theory, it could be done.

The average distance from the Moon to the Earth is 384,401 kilometres

Average Height of a sugar cup =8 cm=0.00008 km

Therefore
Number of sugar cups=384,401/0.00008
=4805012500 numbers

Either this is a homework question assigned by one of those teachers that want to make things "fun" by doing riddles (In which case I say up yours and do your own homework) ... Or else you need to find something better to do than post dumb questions...
