Your best bet would be a pair of jeans, since the shirt has multiple colors. Not only that, any other color pants would be doing too much. Since the shirt is a fun colored, you want to tone it down with the pants.

I'd say a charcoal grey, maybe with a very subtle pinstripe, jeans would probablly work in a more casual setting
