I may be cheap but I can't be bought
But I would love 1.19 gas again, and I may not care if I am being cheated and lied to in so many other ways.

If by saying "oil industry" you mean "republican party" they should not be given a second chance because they allowed the prices to go up in the first place. Many poor people had to get rid of their cars and lose their jobs. The nightmare of high prices will begin again after the Elections.

Enjoy it now because after the election it will rise up again, OPEC is already talking about cutting back production. If not that there will be some lame excuse to raise it back to near $3 a gallon, whats to stop them, we have an oil man as president, and another as vice president.

I'll NEVER trust the oil industry!
"Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on ME!"
And are they giving us a reason to 'rust them now?
I'm sill paying $2.49 for reg in Los Angeles.
"The reason gas prices are so high is because the oil industry doesn't own the Sun!"

I like that "I can't be bought" deal.
Didn't Candidate Bush bribe voters with the promise of a $200 tax rebate. That would be buying votes using government money, in my estimation.

I think gas should be MORE expensive. Tax it, baby. Nothing ticks me off more that huge SUVs driving to the suburbs. . .ESPECIALLY if they have antiwar slogans on their bumper. WTH!
Whispering....and I am a Conservative Republican...don't tell. ;-)
