First off, whether or not your mother knows is the least important thing on the list. Having a deadly and eventually fatal disease is number one. If in fact you have AIDs, its in your own best interest to tell someone so that you can get early treatment which delays the onset of symptoms and prolongs your life. If you THINK you have AIDs and are worrying, that means you are likely having unprotected sex, a frankly stupid thing to do in this day and time. If you only THINK you have AIDs due to that, immediately have a test and start using protection immediately.

Aids is a horrible incureable virus. It means a total shut down of yor whole immune system aids/hiv doesnt killl you but eventually u ll die from a cold or the flu. Telling your mum wuld be the best thing because now there are all sorts of drugs on the market (once perscribed) thaat actually slow down the process of which the virus kills you. if you chose not to say anything then just every day appriciate your time with her.

You should tell your Mom. It may be hard on you and her now, but it would be a lot harder for you to keep it inside and hide that fact from her... knowing that she would eventually find out after you've passed and she would wonder why you didnt tell her.
There are several treatments out there that can extend and enhance the quality of your life (if you currently have HIV/AIDS) and slow down the disease.

why would you want to get AIDS, protect yourself so you do not get the disease, educate yourself so you know how it is transmitted. I do not understand your question. And if you do have AIDS well, i think it would be the responsible thing to tell your mother so she can be as supportive as possible. God bless
