iPod and iTunes?

How do I sync the music that's on my ipod to my computer?

I doesn't work that way and Apple has purposely made it difficult to get songs OFF of your iPod. However, plug in your iPod, don't go into iTunes. Go into My Computer and click on the drive your iPod is plugged into. Then go to Tools, Folder Options, View, and show hidden files or folders. This way you should be able to access the files, but it's a pain.
