i'm doing chem. homework and i need to find out how to calculate the frequency of a measurement (0.000000518 meters) into Hertz. then i need to convert energy into joules...please help!!!

I can do the 1st part.
I assume this is an electromagnetic wave.

frequency = speed of light/wavelengh

= 300,000,000/0.0000000518 = 5.79 *10^14 Hz
