Start | Run... REGEDIT
Try, instead services.msc or maybe msconfig.
Before disabling or deleting, google the name.
Or perhaps you should just try ccleaner, instead. A good, free registry cleaner...

If you do not know how to get into the windows registry i sugest you do not edit any part of it because the windows registry contains settings that are critical for windows to run properly

Hey there,
You simply have to go to Start->Run.. and type regedit and delete the things you dont want but its not recomended to delete stuff from the registry unless you really know what you're doing.
Hope this helps.

First back up your registry in case you make an "ops." Again, back up your registry. In Registry Editor, go to FIle, then Export. If you want to clean your registry there is freeware called CCleaner, download at: http://www.ccleaner.com/ that will safely do it, and yes, it will prompt you to back up your registry. Best of luck.

If you don't know how to edit the registry, you shouldn't be messing around in it. You're only going to screw things up.
