I used to menstruate for approx 7 - 10 days since I first got my periods (which was wen I was about 12 or 13 years old). Back then, it was pretty irregular though. I'm 17 years old now (regular) and mentstruate for about 5 - 6 days only. Is this normal and healthy?

dont worry everything is fine anywhere from 2-10 days is normal. if your concerned about it then talk to your doctor. or if you have a school nurse talk to her about it but this sounds pretty normal. also if your taking the pill or the neddle it can give you longer periods or shorter ones . normal is all based on the person. what is normal for one person may not be normal for someone else.
