Well, it is hard to give a straight true or false answer to the question as you have it phrased. But here is what you want to know.

If you look on the back of the U.S. $1 bill you'll see ornate designs and the Great Seal of the United States. The fairly familiar obverse with the eagle is on the right and the less known reverse of the seal, with the weird pyramid thing, is on the left. That portion of the seal bears the latin phrase "Novus Ordo Seclorum," which, translated, becomes "a new order of the ages."

It has nothing to do with government control conspiracies. It was part of the Great Seal since it was first designed, is a quote from a passage in Virgil, and meant to refer to the United States being a new order--government of, by, and for the people (to borrow a phrase that was famously uttered about 70 years later)--compared with the old order of things in Europe.

So, no, the $1 bill doesn't say "new world order" but, yes, it does say "Novus Ordo Seclorum" which is the Latin for "a new order of the ages." Please check out the following links for a fuller explanation.

False if you are talking about in english. It does have a copy of the Great Seal on the back and that seal has an expression in latin, just as it has had for three hundred years, that means that the new country was formed from the old states starting in 1776. Don't read some new conspiracy into that phrase.

I have no idea. I would tend to think not because that's kind of a prophetic thing to insinuate.
